Mobility Unlimited is a leader in providing quality life enhancement products and services throughout southwest Florida via our Cape Coral and Naples showrooms / service centers. Additionally, Mobility Unlimited regularly assists customers throughout the entirety of the United States when they order from us using our national toll-free phone number. By using our web site, Internet users around the world have also been assured that Mobility Unlimited's objective is to enhance physical freedom, mobility, and quality of life for our customers.

In order to effectively continue its commitment to superlative customer service and to create a proper commercial relationship between Mobility Unlimited and its Customers, Mobility Unlimited has set forth the following terms and conditions which shall govern this Internet transaction between the parties. These terms and conditions are intended for the purpose of establishing commercial principals.

Payment
Payment in full must be received at the time of placing the order. Orders placed via the Internet may be charged to VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards. Orders placed via mail may be charged to VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards or payment may be made by check/cheque payable to Mobility Unlimited denominated in United States dollars drawn on a United States bank. Order Forms must be signed by the Customer when the order is placed either via the Internet or via mail.

Prices
Orders are made by the Customer and accepted by Mobility Unlimited in accordance with the prices quoted by Mobility Unlimited at the time of the order. Orders submitted by the Customer at prices other than those quoted by Mobility Unlimited will not be accepted by Mobility Unlimited.

Returns
All requests for merchandise returns should be directed to us at returns@mobilityunlimited.com since all returns are at the sole discretion of Mobility Unlimited. If deemed appropriate by Mobility Unlimited, Customer may be charged a restocking fee set by Mobility Unlimited. If a return of merchandise is approved by Mobility Unlimited, Customer will receive a "Return Authorization (RA)" number which must be clearly displayed in large numerals on the returned item. If that RA number is not clearly displayed on the returned item, the item may be refused for lack of return documentation. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS BY THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUSED BY MOBILITY UNLIMITED AND RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER. ALL FREIGHT CHARGES WILL BE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

Warranty
CUSTOMER acknowledges that the only warranty on products sold by Mobility Unlimited is the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the product. All product warranty claims by the Customer must be pursued directly by the Customer with the manufacturer. CUSTOMER agrees that Mobility Unlimited shall have no liability for warranty on the products sold by Mobility Unlimited. No warranties, expressed or implied, are given by Mobility Unlimited.  CUSTOMER further agrees that Mobility Unlimited shall not be liable for any damages or losses sustained by CUSTOMER including but not limited to consequential, indirect, special or incidental damages.  IN NO EVENT SHALL MOBILITY UNLIMITED'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL VALUE PAID TO MOBILITY UNLIMITED BY CUSTOMER.

Governing Laws
These terms and conditions shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and all obligations of the parties created under this order are performable in Lee County, Florida, USA.
